Separate Water Treatment from Filling-Line Responsibility
The filler does not create the mineral-water specification. Define the required finished-water condition and confirm which party is responsible for source analysis, treatment design, treated-water storage, hygienic piping and connection to the filling machine.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Quotation
Does the filling machine determine the mineral content?
No. Mineral-water composition and treatment are upstream product decisions. The filling line should receive water meeting the confirmed product and local requirements.
Can the same monoblock fill still mineral and purified water?
It may be possible when bottle, cap and hygienic requirements are compatible, but the upstream treatment, storage and change-control procedure must be reviewed separately.
What water information is needed before quotation?
Provide source-water information available, intended product description, destination market and whether treatment already exists. Final process decisions require appropriate analysis and local compliance review.
Should treatment capacity equal the filler nameplate rate?
Treatment and storage should be sized from the complete operating plan, cleaning demand and line consumption, not from one headline BPH number alone.
