Buyer-Side Preparation

Define Responsibilities in the Order
State who provides travel, visas, accommodation, local transport, translators, labor, lifting, welding, piping, cabling, materials, utilities and test supplies. Also define working hours, acceptance conditions and how extra time is handled.
Ramp-Up Is a Controlled Process
Begin with safe individual-machine checks, then short integrated runs, material and quality verification, stop/restart testing and progressively longer production. Record causes of downtime instead of treating every early stop as the same problem.

Each project needs its own responsibility matrix, schedule and acceptance plan. Stage gates keep civil work, utilities, equipment, materials, people and documents synchronized before the next activity begins.

Build a Commissioning Completion Record
The completion record should show what was tested, what remains open and which information operations received. A technician departure date alone is not a complete handover.

Some mechanical and dry tests can begin, but full integrated testing needs the approved bottles/preforms, caps, labels and packing materials.
Who connects power, air, water and drainage?

What should operator training cover?
