Prepare a Reference Bottle Schedule
Two bottles with the same nominal volume can behave differently because of their height, diameter, neck finish, wall distribution and label panel. List every launch format and identify the reference bottle used for the quoted BPH.

Validate Every Change Format
Ask the proposal to list the standard format, each additional format and every included change part. Where samples are not yet available, drawings should be marked preliminary and reconfirmed before manufacture.
- Approve bottle and cap drawing revisions used to design change parts.
- Identify which guides, grippers, star wheels, cap parts, label parts or packer parts change by format.
- Confirm the changeover sequence, adjustment points and tools that will be documented.
- Test or inspect the agreed launch formats during the contracted acceptance or commissioning scope.
- Keep one controlled format schedule with the final machine documentation and spare-parts list.
