Best Evidence to Send

A dimensioned bottle drawing is best. Clear photos beside a ruler and a physical sample can support early discussion, but final change parts should be confirmed against controlled dimensions or approved samples.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Quotation

Can one machine fill 330ml and 2L bottles?

It may be possible, but output, guide settings, change parts, labeler and packer compatibility must be checked against the actual bottle designs.

Is a bottle photo enough for quotation?

It can support an initial discussion. A dimensioned drawing or approved sample is better for confirming neck handling, star wheels, guides and packing.

Can different bottles use the same cap?

Only if the neck finish and cap specification match. Confirm thread, diameter, height, tamper band and capping requirements.

Why can a lightweight bottle be difficult on conveyors?

Low stiffness, unusual shape or a small base can reduce stability during transfer, labeling and accumulation. Conveyor and guide design should be reviewed.

Can one bottled water filling line run several PET bottle shapes?

Often yes when the formats fall within the confirmed machine range and the required change parts, recipes and setup are supplied. Compatibility must be checked across bottle supply, air conveyor, monoblock, flat conveyors, labeler, coder, inspection and packer rather than at the filler alone.
