Layout affects price, installation and real output. Conveyor length, operator access, packing direction, drainage and utility points should be discussed before the final equipment list is confirmed.
A layout is not only a drawing after purchase. It affects conveyor length, buffer sections, machine orientation and how operators supply caps, labels, film and cartons.

Send these details even if the drawing is simple. A phone photo of a hand sketch is better than guessing.
Higher capacity usually needs more buffer and cleaner material flow. Do not scale a 3000BPH compact layout directly into a 10000BPH line.
A useful layout shows how products, packaging materials, people and waste move around the equipment. Conflicts between these routes often cause more daily difficulty than the machine spacing itself.
