A quotation comparison sheet converts supplier offers into one technical and commercial format. Record assumptions and exclusions as carefully as prices so a low total does not hide missing equipment or responsibilities.

The example weighting favors technical fit and project completeness because a low equipment total can be misleading when bottle compatibility, interfaces, documents or site responsibilities are unresolved. Adjust the procurement decision outside the tool when your project has different priorities.
