What information should I prepare before requesting a quotation?
Prepare target capacity, bottle size, cap type, label type, packing method, water type, line scope, destination country and workshop dimensions if available.
Can I request filling machine only and complete line options together?
Yes. Asking for both scopes helps compare the core monoblock price against the complete production line configuration.
Why are exact bottled water filling line prices not published?
The quotation depends on capacity, bottle size, valve count, labeling, packing, water treatment, conveyor layout, utilities and destination.
How do I check whether a complete-line quotation is missing equipment?
Follow the process from treated water and bottle input to finished packs. Mark each machine, conveyor, inspection point, utility interface, change part, spare, document and service as included, optional, excluded or local.
Should conveyors be listed as separate equipment?
Yes. Record conveyor type, approximate length or layout basis, supports, guides, motors, accumulation role and control interfaces so one supplier does not hide them inside a vague line description.
How should optional equipment be compared?
Keep optional machines in a separate schedule with their function, rated basis, utility needs, layout impact and price. This prevents options from being mistaken for the base line scope.
Does the equipment list need model numbers?
Models, quantities and purpose improve comparison, but the design basis is equally important. Record the reference bottle, output, label, pack and interface assumptions behind every selected machine.
