Cost Factors to Confirm
| Capacity and valve count | The filling machine model is selected around target BPH and bottle size. |
|---|---|
| Bottle and cap samples | Bottle shape, neck finish and cap dimensions influence grippers, stars and guides. |
| Label and packing style | Sleeve, OPP, adhesive label, shrink pack and carton pack options change the quotation. |
| Water treatment scope | Purified, mineral or spring water projects may require different upstream equipment. |
| Layout and utilities | Conveyor length, drainage, power, compressed air and operator access should be checked against the plant. |
| Destination and shipping | Destination country affects packing, documentation, shipping plan and spare parts preparation. |
Bottle Size Compatibility
| Bottle sizes | 330ml, 500ml, 1L, 1.5L, 2L and customized PET bottle sizes |
|---|---|
| Bottle shape | Round or square bottles can be reviewed from drawing or samples |

FAQ
Bottled Water Filling Line FAQ
What makes a bottled water filling line automatic?
Automatic lines connect empty bottle feeding, rinsing, filling, capping and downstream conveying with PLC control and sensors, reducing manual transfer between machines.
Is full automatic packing required?
Not always. Some buyers start with automatic filling and labeling, then choose shrink wrapping, carton packing or manual packing according to labor and budget.
Can automation level be upgraded later?
Some downstream equipment can be added later if the layout reserves space and conveyor interfaces. It is best to discuss future expansion during planning.
