Is 10000BPH always more economical per bottle?
Not automatically. Utilization, labor, utilities, packaging automation, maintenance and sales volume determine whether the larger line is economically justified.
Can a 5000BPH line be upgraded to 10000BPH?
Some downstream equipment or interfaces may be reusable, but a direct speed upgrade is not guaranteed. The monoblock, conveyors, labeler, packer and utilities all need review.
Why is packing more important at 10000BPH?
More bottles reach the end of the line each minute, so packer stops, material replenishment and finished-pack removal have a larger impact on effective output.
Should I request both options from the same supplier?
